Whilst these strategies may be very different in content, the process we take you through is similar.

Before we dive into the detail, let's be clear what we mean by 'a strategy'.

A strategy isn't a merely a planning document that lives on your internal google drive to be looked at every now and again. Nor is it just a vision statement for how, in an ideal world, our business would contribute to society and the environment.

Instead, a strategy should be a tool for action: helping you understand what your impact is today, what your impact goal is for the future (e.g. Net Zero/Nature Positive) and then outline a course of action to get you there.

Below is an example of the process we would take you through to achieve this outcome.
